The purpose of this congregation shall be to win and nurture souls for Jesus Christ through Christian fellowship and love, by the preaching of the Word of God, by the administration of the Sacraments, and by religious instruction according to the confessional standards of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. It is to be a place where all people are welcome who want to become deciples of Jesus Christ. St. Timothy is not a perfect place, but is filled with sin-sick souls wanting to be healed through the reconciliation of the Cross of Jesus. It is to be a safe place for people of all ages; to encourage one another in Christian love with prayers and fellowship. It is a place where you learn how to serve the Living Lord and find many opportunities to do so.
